Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of threadspacehq.com (the "Site"), operated by ThreadSpaceHQ LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("ThreadSpace," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about ThreadSpace's Slack implementation, support and consulting services and a way to contact us. The Site is intended for use by businesses and by individuals 18 or older located in the United States.
2. Our services are governed by separate agreements
Information on the Site, including descriptions of services, timelines and pricing, is for general information only and is not an offer or a binding commitment. Any services we provide are governed by a signed Statement of Work or other written agreement between you and ThreadSpace. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our contact form.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting systems or any related accounts.
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or overloading it with automated requests.
  • Scrape, copy or harvest content or contact information from the Site by automated means.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by ThreadSpace or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own informational use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
Slack is a trademark of Slack Technologies, LLC, a Salesforce company. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Other product names on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. ThreadSpace is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Slack, Salesforce or Anthropic unless we state otherwise.
5. Information you submit
When you contact us through the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the contact form.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
7. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. Content on the Site is general information and is not professional, legal or technical advice for your specific situation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThreadSpace and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This section does not limit liability under any signed services agreement, which has its own terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThreadSpace from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ThreadSpace about your use of the Site.
